Functionality Problems

You may import or define your own materials in the full version of GoSimulate.

This functionality is not available in GoSimulate Lite.

This can be done in IronCAD before updating a model to GoSimulate.

In IronCAD, select a part and open the part properties dialog. Manipulate the rendering options to achieve the surface mesh density required. Normally, selecting a high surface smoothness is enough.

In order for GoSimulate to re-establish a connection with IronCAD, one should go to the updates menu and press on the "Connect" menu item.

One possibility is that the Enmesh update port is being used by another application.

Check that port 5128 is free and available.

Typically, this type of crash is caused by the user's system graphic card not fully supporting OpenGL.

The system is checked for OpenGL support on startup, but this may sometimes fail.

Installing the latest graphics drivers for your machine will fix this problem.

An internet connection is required to activate GoSimulate Lite. Without activation GoSimulate Lite cannot be started.
